With a corporate history dating back to 1946, Robertson Simmons architects inc. is the longest running architectural firm in Waterloo Region.

Serving Southwestern Ontario and the GTA, we provide insightful feasibility studies, as well as inspiring architectural and interior design services for new facilities, additions, and renovations within the corporate, educational, recreational, municipal, healthcare, residential, and mission critical sectors.

With a particular expertise in office buildings and educational facilities, our design portfolio includes over 2 million square feet of corporate space, and over 4 million square feet of childcares, K-12 separate and public schools, as well as post-secondary institutional work. We are also beginning to develop a reputation for solving challenging mixed-use infill projects.

Through 65 years of experience, we have developed a comprehensive knowledge of every project delivery methodology including design/bid/build, design/build, construction management, as well as P3 (Private Public Partnerships) for brownfield developments, urban intensification, adaptive re-use, and traditional greenfield developments.

Whether a project is intimate in scale or large and complex, we pursue design and client service excellence in equal measure. Every endeavor is given the dedication of time, senior staff involvement, creativity, communication, and expertise it deserves. Even when schedules don’t offer the luxury of time, we have developed strategies within our Hyper-Speed Delivery™ model to ensure we fulfill this commitment.
