Corporate Facilities
Our extensive experience in designing corporate office buildings, particularly for Canada’s fast-paced technology sector, has driven us to solve some of the most sophisticated building challenges and scheduling requirements, making us an ideal fit with rapidly growing companies.

Educational Facilities
Our extensive portfolio within Southwestern Ontario includes childcares, K-12 separate and public schools, as well as post-secondary work.
Having pioneered the introduction and refinement of the cluster classroom concept and its use in cross-curricular teaching, as well as working with broad-based technology and modular school design, and pushing the boundaries of high performance (sustainable) schools, you can rely on our expertise to create the highest value result.
In the last decade, we have completed over 4 million square feet of educational buildings for numerous School Boards, consisting of new builds, retrofits and renovations. This experience provides us with an expertise in collaborating with Board members, understanding funding requirements, and satisfying a wide range of environmental and program needs.
As an active member of the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI), we are constantly up-to-date on program and requirement changes, as well as understanding how they impact your project and the educational community at large.
Healthcare Facilities
Through the collective experience of our knowledgeable team, we are well versed in handling the unique mandates and needs involved with designing community health centres and medical facilities.
In addition to our understanding of Ministry of Health guidelines, we also excel in consulting with multiple user/stakeholder groups, various Board members, as well as executive groups and staff in the planning process. Ongoing communication and interaction is paramount to uncovering opportunities that will enhance the final design and achieve the most economical and effective results.
Critical Facilities
Having designed more than 400,000 sq. ft. of mission critical space (130,000 sq. ft. of white tile space) for corporate and healthcare clients, including one of the largest data centres in Canada, we are proficient in solving a myriad of technical requirements associated with a variety of facility sizes. Whether it’s integrating a small data centre into a building or designing a large, standalone facility, our extensive experience can provide you with effective and creative solutions.
One of the key aspects to designing an efficient data centre is its location. In addition to evaluating the site’s feasibility to meet the facility’s demands, we also look for design strategies to help you leverage any environmental aspect that could generate free cooling or reduce energy consumption to minimize costs. This unique approach is driven through our specialized knowledge in designing LEED® certified buildings.
